Yoga is a physical and mental exercise intended to give control over the body and mind. It can be physical postures, breathing techniques, and/or meditation. Employees can improve their strength, balance, and flexibility, relieve back pain, and reduce stress by participating in exercise classes. Doral Health & Wellness is offering employees the option to receive Yoga and fitness classes virtually. Classes can be taken at your own pace; you can choose to follow prerecorded workout sessions or browse other available content. These services are available to all “employees” at no cost.
